57 Venice is a private, multi building compound in Venice Beach designed for large scale events, with capacity for up to 750 guests across the studio, bungalow, and private courtyard. At the center is a 6,500 square foot courtyard that feels both open and contained, surrounded by 12 footwalls, lined with trees, and accessed through two gated load in points for smooth production flow. It comfortably holds 500 standing or 300 seated, is tent friendly, and supports large scale projection, with the courtyard wall accommodating up to 12 feet and the building exterior up to 55 feet for dramatic visual moments.

The ground floor of the studio opens directly to the courtyard through bi fold glass walls, adding over 5,000 square feet of covered space that flows naturally as part of the event footprint. Above, the second floor offers additional volume with high ceilings, a balcony overlooking the courtyard, and flexible space for dinners, presentations, or secondary activations. The bungalow includes a catering kitchen and bar that connects to the courtyard, along with upper level rooms for green rooms, hair and makeup, and talent holding. In house A V, nearby parking for approximately 500 vehicles, and a layout that keeps everything connected make the property easy to operate, while past events like Dior Men’s, Barebells, and a Lagavulin campaign highlight its ability to handle elevated, design forward experiences in a private Venice setting.
