Jefferson Stage and Hall operates as a multi-environment event campus anchored by an expo hall of approximately 54,000 square feet across two levels — 34,000 square feet on the main floor and 20,000 square feet on an open mezzanine — with a peak ceiling height of 43 feet and direct connectivity to adjacent parking. The hall accommodates up to 5,000 people and has been used for trade shows, banquets, award show receptions, brand activations, and large-format commercial shoots. 

The 6,300-seat auditorium connects directly to the expo hall, providing a second environment for keynotes, screenings, headline performances, and award format programming within the same campus. 

Outdoor grounds and adjacent lots extend the operational footprint, supporting outdoor concerts, red carpet activations, festival environments, broadcast compounds, credentialing areas, and basecamp operations. The campus is well-positioned for large-scale international events including those tied to FIFA World Cup 2026, Super Bowl LXI, and the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games, where scalable indoor and outdoor infrastructure within a single secured site is a practical requirement.
