The space delivers the kind of raw, unmanipulated warehouse aesthetic with wide open floor space with natural industrial texture, roll-up door access for equipment, and attached office spaces that keeps production operations immediately adjacent to the shooting floor.

An adjacent parking lot accommodates production trucks, crew vehicles, and equipment staging, providing convenient on site access for film, television, and commercial shoots. A streamlined process has been setup with the city to make street posting and permit coordination easier, when needed.

Productions are welcome to bring their own gear and equipment without additional corkage fees, offering flexibility for a wide range of production setups.
