Flow Studio Offices
Flow Studio Offices is a three-story, approximately 66,000 square foot post-production, office, and event facility in Hollywood, occupying a building constructed in 2010 that previously served as a major streaming platform's post-production headquarters.
The building's office floors — with their finished interiors, multiple conference rooms, open bullpen areas, reception zones, and corridor systems designed for a major media company — provide a production-ready corporate environment suited for film productions needing the look of a network or streaming headquarters, production company offices, tech campus, and high-end creative agency. This is a fully dressed office space available for weekday or weekend filming if needed.
The facility operates across three floors with furnished creative office space divisible into suites of varying configurations — open-plan work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and shared support spaces typical of a high-end entertainment industry tenancy — alongside 11 dedicated Atmos studios, a separate ADR suite, approximately 10,000 square feet of event space, and a Crystal LED theater. The Atmos studio configurations include a PMC room, a Meyer Blue Horn room, and eight Meyer 9.1.4 rooms.
A private secured parking structure on-site accommodates more than 400 vehicles and there are open air lots for trucks, basecamp, and exterior filming.
