The Hive Gaming Center spans approximately 13,000 square feet and is built around a competitive esports arena with rows of high-end gaming stations, a dedicated streaming studio, a content creation lab, and a music recording studio, all housed within an industrial architectural shell. The space supports a range of production scenarios: tech campus, gaming headquarters, esports broadcast facility, creative agency, and speaker conference environment. Beyond scripted production, the space is suited for keynote presentations, TED-style talks, panel conversations, product reveals, podcast recordings, and branded content creation. On-site technology infrastructure and equipment are fully operational, not decorative.)
