Elixir Studios

Elixir Studios accommodates events across six studios, a large-format Hangar, and an exterior Pavilion within an approximately 45,000 square foot campus in Hollywood. Studios can be programmed individually or combined across configurations for arrivals, activations, VIP hospitality, and back of house operations within a single address.

The Hangar is a rare space reimagined for events, offering approximately 9,000 square feet of open volume beneath 26 foot ceilings. The arched structure, exposed steel framing, polished concrete floor, and expansive clear span create a striking industrial backdrop that immediately sets it apart from traditional venues. The scale allows for bold builds, large installations, and immersive design moments. Connected to an adjacent studio through a 12 by 12 foot loading dock, the space supports seamless flow between production, staging, and guest experience. Its distinctive hangar architecture combined with flexible infrastructure makes it an ideal setting for fashion shows, brand launches, concerts, and large scale activations that benefit from a space that feels both expansive and architecturally unique.

Studio 5, at approximately 4,500 square feet with a bar and breakout rooms, functions as a stylish event space.

The Pavilion adds an open-air option for arrivals and outdoor programming. Full campus buyout is an option for productions and events that need the complete footprint.
