Positive Studios

Positive Studios offers two dedicated event spaces and the option to extend activations into its production spaces for full campus programming. The indoor gallery accommodates up to 150 guests in a white-walled, high-ceiling environment with exposed structural beams, polished concrete floors, a bar, kitchen, and restrooms. The space functions as the campus lobby on non-event days and converts to a private event venue as needed. The outdoor patio and garden accommodates up to 250 guests with wooden decking, contemporary furniture, a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, semi-private cabanas, and restrooms. The approximately 9,800 square foot office environment — with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and glass-walled conference rooms — serves as a production homebase, green room cluster, or VIP area depending on the activation format. For larger footprints, the flagship soundstage, warehouse studio, and cyc studios can be incorporated as additional programmable zones. The campus is gated with 160 on-site parking spaces and production supply infrastructure available throughout.
