Hive Campus

Hive Campus includes multiple warehouse spaces on a single secure property that can be used independently or in combination. The primary warehouse spans approximately 15,000 square feet with ceiling heights ranging from twelve to twenty-two feet, featuring wood bow truss ceilings, expansive steel-framed windows, exposed structural columns, and concrete floors. A built-in projection screen has supported screenings, brand launches, keynote presentations, and live performances. An upper mezzanine of approximately 2,000 square feet overlooks the main floor and is suited for VIP programming or production support.

A secondary warehouse of approximately 6,000 square feet includes a commercial kitchen and provides a more contained footprint for smaller shoots, breakout activations, or support space. A third warehouse offers a less finished industrial aesthetic suited for gritty builds, rehearsals, or productions requiring a raw backdrop.)
