The warehouse environment at Positive Studios is approximately 11,000 square feet of open industrial space with white walls, polished concrete floors, high ceilings with exposed white ductwork, and a large built-in white cyc. The floor plan is uninterrupted, supporting large set builds, vehicle placement, and multi-zone configurations within one footprint. The space includes a production support annex with four conference rooms or production offices, an open-plan kitchen, and talent accommodations, along with 1,800 amps of house power across two drops and internet connectivity at 50Mbps, upgradable to 1GB. Twelve dedicated parking spaces are available on the studio side, with additional parking accessible on campus. Loading access keeps equipment moves direct and efficient. The aesthetic is contemporary industrial rather than raw or distressed, with clean finishes that support commercial, fashion, and brand production as well as dressed set builds. On-site grip and lighting rental and production supply ordering are available through the campus.
