Midtown Regal

The Midtown Regal Theatre seats 1,238 across three levels — orchestra, loge, and balcony — in a proscenium configuration that has been in continuous use since 1927. The room's acoustic properties have made it a consistent choice for orchestral concerts, vocal performances, and dance where unamplified or lightly amplified sound is a production requirement. The theater also supports film tapings, screenings, podcast recordings, award formats, and speaker programs with its existing technical infrastructure. 

The adjacent clubhouse — approximately 75,000 square feet across four floors — provides additional space including changing rooms, a kitchen, two ballrooms, a lecture hall, and multiple ancillary rooms that keep talent, press, and post-show reception operations within the same campus address.
