Elixir Studios

Elixir Studios offers six studios and a Hangar across approximately 45,000 square feet in Hollywood, with confirmed dimensions available for several spaces. 

Studio 1 is approximately 3,000 square feet with 14.5-foot ceilings and can be combined with Studio 2 and the Conference Room. Studio 2 is approximately 1,900 square feet, combinable with Studios 1 and 5 and the Conference Room. Studio 5 is approximately 4,500 square feet and includes a bar, television, and breakout rooms; it combines with Studios 1 and 2. Studio 6 includes a private entrance and a Conference Room with private lounge seating. 

The Hangar is approximately 9,000 square feet with 26-foot ceilings and connects to an adjacent studio via a 12-by-12-foot loading dock. 

The exterior Pavilion adds an open-air shooting environment within the campus footprint. 

The campus is suited to fashion, editorial, commercial, and film + photography production across a range of scales and configurations.
