Midtown Regal is a 1927 Italian Renaissance campus in the Mid-Wilshire neighborhood of Los Angeles. It comprises a clubhouse of approximately 75,000 square feet across four floors and a separately entered proscenium theater seating 1,238. The clubhouse includes two ballrooms, a courtyard garden, an Art Salon, a library, a solarium, changing rooms, a kitchen, and a basement. The theater seats 855 in the orchestra, 168 in the loge, and 215 in the balcony. Two on-site parking lots serve both buildings. The campus is a Los Angeles Cultural Historic Monument, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and designated an Official American Treasure by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. It has been in active use by the entertainment and media communities for over fifty years.
