Books Studios offers approximately 37,000 square feet of certified studio space across three production environments in Burbank, conveniently located near the major studio lots. Converted from a warehouse into a professional production facility, the property retains its industrial character while providing flexible, production ready space for film, television, and commercial shoots. On site amenities include a two wall white cyc, full lighting grid, up to 1,800 amps of power, Individually controlled HVAC systems for flexible climate control, roll up door access for equipment, attached offices, a green room, furnished hair and makeup and wardrobe suites, and multiple lounge areas that keep talent, crew, and production operations efficiently contained within the same campus.

An adjacent parking lot accommodates production trucks, crew vehicles, and equipment staging, providing convenient on site access for film, television, and commercial shoots. A streamlined process has been setup with the city to make street posting and permit coordination easier, when

needed.

Productions are welcome to bring their own gear and equipment without additional corkage fees, offering flexibility for a wide range of production setups.
